Take a moment to notice being here, wherever here is, and how you are being, in your body, in your mind, in your environment, in this moment. Just notice, don’t judge, bring your attention to your being with a non-judgemental awareness.
Check in with a quick body scan. Simply notice the position of your body~ head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, back, legs, feet, toes. Sense the pressures and textures of the fabrics and surfaces. Feel the air passing in and out with each breath.
Last week 8 dimensions of wellness were introduced. There are variations that choose 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 components. Regardless the model or concept of achieving happiness and well-being the starting point, the one important foundation is awareness.
Take a look at the various realms of your world, your existence. Notice how you are being a being in life. With self-awareness we discover ourselves in our surroundings and become more alive.
Working more efficiently with ourselves and one other we make the world a better place and become Happier Healthier Humans!
